Should I bring an umbrella or moontboots to Copenhagen?
Weather in Denmark at this time of year warries a lot. Expect temperatures
between 8-15 degrees celcius during the day, and close to 0 celcius at
night. Bring warm jackets, and an an umbrella, it might rain. It is very
unlikely that it will be frost or snow this time of year, so you can leave
the moonboots at home! You can find the most recent official Danish weather forecast here.

What should I do as a tourist in Copenhagen?
We have updated the Best of Cph part of the website with some tourist guides, including the organiser's Copenhagen ABC and some favourite picks of the local committee. Also check out the various suggestions by Copenhagen Afficionados on the AoIR-mailing list!

Section B: Presenters FAQ

Will there be a projector and computer available in the presentation rooms?
Yes, all presentation rooms have projector and a portable computer available for your presentation. In fact, we ask you kindly to bring your presentation on an USB-key so you can transfer your presentation to the onsite computer. This will save a lot of time during presentations!

At the conference you will as a rule have MAX. 15 minutes for your presentation plus a short time at the end of your allotted session to answer questions. Because of rescheduling and cancellations, there might be more time in some cases. Please check the schedule and make a deal with your conference chair in those cases. Remember to show up in good time before your presentation session starts, so you can install your presentation on the onsite computers.
